Follow these steps to pay for the DLW2026 through Step-Up EMA:
Log in to your Step-Up EMA account.
Click on Marketplace.
Click Find Providers.
Select Student.
Search “River City Education Resources.”
Click River City Education Resources.
Select a location: River City Education Resources…
Scroll down.
Select
Choice Navigator $250
Click ADD TO CHART at the bottom right corner of screen.
Click GO TO CART.
Click RESERVE FUNDS at the bottom right corner of screen.
A pop-up screen will ask you for permission to send your contact information to the provider. Click “Yes, my contact information may be sent to the provider.”
Click CONFIRM.
SUCCESS! will pop-up, and you’re done!
